Terms & Conditions

General Terms and Conditions are a legal agreement between you as a customer and us, Treya Company AB (“Treya”). When any of the terms “we”, “our” or “us” is used, it refers to Treya. We provide the website www.treyasports.com including all subdomains and pages. To place an order in our webshop, you must first accept these General Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). We recommend that you read these terms and conditions in their entirety before placing an order. These conditions can be updated and varied, therefore we ask you to read the conditions before each order placed.

AGREEMENT
To place an order on our website, you must first accept our Terms and Conditions. If you are under 18 years of age, you must have a parent or guardian's permission to place an order. A binding purchase agreement is entered into as soon as your order has been confirmed by us and an order confirmation has been sent from Treya to the email address you provided.

Nothing in these Terms affects mandatory statutory rights under applicable national laws that cannot be limited or excluded, if such rights apply to you.

ORDERING
When you place an order, you must provide the delivery address and contact details (e.g. phone number and email address). You can do this by registering as a customer in our webshop, continuing as a guest or by using one of our payment partners. The order is not placed until you click on "Proceed to purchase" in the checkout.

When you have placed an order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your order.

Please note that the email confirmation does not mean that your order has been approved. All orders must be accepted by us before the purchase goes through. When we accept your order, you will receive a confirmation email, "Your order is on its way". The purchase agreement between you and Treya is drawn up and entered into only when we send you the delivery confirmation.

We reserve the right to refuse order requests if an item is out of stock or in the event of non-stock status, technical problems, changes in specifications or typographical errors. We also reserve the right to refuse delivery of an order if certain product information turns out to be incomplete. The purchase agreement therefore only applies to the products for which you have received delivery confirmation. If we cannot verify your delivery address, your order will be considered invalid and your order will be refused. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a purchase agreement if fraud or other acts similar to fraud, such as illegal use of other people's credit cards, can be suspected. Any attempted fraud will be reported to the police.

PRICE & PAYMENT
When ordering, the prices stated on the website at the time of ordering apply. These prices are subject to change at any time. Treya is not bound by price information on the website that can reasonably and obviously be considered incorrect and has arisen from, for example, technical problems. In such a case, the price or information will not apply to the purchase.
All prices are paid in local currency and include applicable VAT. For customers outside the EU, the local customs authority may impose surcharges, duties and other charges upon importation.

We offer different payment options and you can choose which payment option you want to use. The possible payment options that you can choose from are always shown in connection with your order. Depending on which option you choose, additional costs may apply.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We always strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Normally delivery takes place between 1-3 days, but delivery times are only preliminary and cannot be guaranteed.

When you receive your order, it is important that you check the packaging. If you discover that the packaging is damaged, you must report this to the driver or to the delivery point so that this is noted by the carrier. You are also responsible for reporting the damage to our customer service within a reasonable time. You do this by contacting customer service at support@treya.com. Please attach photos of the damage and state your order number when you email our customer service.

If your order cannot be delivered to the mailbox, you will instead receive a message to pick it up at the delivery point. You must collect your package within the time specified. If packages are returned due to unclaimed packages, Treya will have the right to charge a return shipping fee.

RIGHT OF RETURN & COMPLAINT
You have 14 days right of withdrawal and 30 days open purchase.

Return:
A return item must always be sent back in the same way it was delivered and must of course be in an unused condition. If we believe that the product has been used or damaged by the return, the full amount will not be refunded.

For changing sizes or products, a 30-day full right of exchange applies. This applies from the order date. We do not charge a fee to change the size or exchange your product for another. Depending on the price of the new item, either you or we pay the difference.

For returns and refunds, a 14-day full right of return applies. This applies from the order date. If the return is approved, a refund will be made to your original payment method, usually within 2 weeks. We charge a return fee of SEK 79 for returns with a refund.

Complaint:
We carefully check our products before delivery to ensure quality. If you should still discover an error, you must contact us as soon as you discover it. Complaints made within two months of the fault being discovered are accepted as complaints received within a reasonable time. You advertise your product by emailing us at support@treya.se Clearly describe what is wrong with the product and attach pictures that show the problem. If the complaint is approved, your product will be replaced with a new one, and if for some reason this is not possible, a refund will be made.

DISPUTES
We always aim for you to be satisfied with our products and services. In case of any problems, our customer service will do its best to find a solution. If disputes should still arise that we cannot resolve together, we refer you to the web-based complaints platform on the EU Commission's website.

COPYRIGHT
All content on the website is owned by Treya Company AB. The information is protected according to the Copyright Act and current marketing legislation. This means that trademarks, company names, product names, images and graphics, design, layout and information about products, services and other content may not be copied or used without our prior written consent.
