How to return a product
Fill in the return form that came with your order.
There you describe the reason for the return and whether you want to change the size, product or wish for a refund.
Put the product in the same packaging it was delivered in. Stick on the enclosed return shipping slip.

Hand in the package to your nearest Postnord agent.
Clear! Once we have received and approved your return, we will send you a new product or issue a refund to your original payment method. (Normally happens within 2-4 weeks)
Information on returns & complaints
A return item must always be sent back in the same way it was delivered and must of course be in an unused condition. If we believe that the product has been used or damaged by the return, the full amount will not be refunded.
For changing sizes or products, a 30-day full right of exchange applies. This applies from the order date. We do not charge a fee to change the size or exchange your product for another. Depending on the price of the new item, either you or we pay the difference.
For returns and refunds, a 14-day full right of return applies. This applies from the order date. If the return is approved, a refund will be made to your original payment method, usually within 2 weeks.
We protect our environment and do our best to minimize unnecessary environmental impact. Therefore, we charge a fee for returns of SEK 79. However, we would like to emphasize that we fully respect our customers' needs and choice to make returns.
Do you feel that there is something wrong with your product? Read more below under Complaints.
So sad if you feel that something is wrong with your product. If so, email us at hello@treyasports.com and clearly describe what is wrong with the product and attach pictures that show the problem. If the complaint is approved, your product will be replaced with a new one, and if for some reason this is not possible, a refund will be made.
Also enter the order number for the current order so that we can handle your complaint quickly and efficiently. Thanks!
